The Board of Management meets quarterly to manage the Foundation and consider applications for grants, and is also responsible for distributiing the Archdioce's share of the annual grant to the NZ Bishops Conference from the Tindall Foundation.
Trustees have the right to become members of the Board at their own election. Three Fellows and Two Members are elected annually by the members at the Foundation's Annual General Meeting.
